Preventing damage to the existing built environment whilst tunnelling beneath has long been an expensive and time-consuming activity.

CECL worked together with Geobear to develop a real-time displacement control system using the incredible power of two-part expansive geopolymers.

The process is highly controllable and a range of geopolymer materials means that the process is adaptable for all types of ground conditions.

Small scale plant and equipment is utilised which minimises disruption to the public and to the stakeholders.
